1965, Film: "That Darn Cat!"

The American thriller-comedy "That Darn Cat!" was released on 2 December 1965 in the USA. The film produced by Walt Disney Productions and directed by Robert Stevenson, is based on the novel "Undercover Cat" by Gordon and Mildred Gordon. Main stars are Hayley Mills as Patti Randall, Dean Jones as Zeke Kelso and Dorothy Provine as Ingrid Randall. The title song was written by the Sherman Brothers and sung by Bobby Darin.

Synopsis

DC is an adventurous Siamese cat who lives with Ingrid "Inky" (Dorothy Provine) and Patricia "Patti" Randall (Hayley Mills). DC makes every evening at nine a walk teasing a local dog, swiping food, and marking vehicles with muddy paws. One night, DC follows bank robber Iggy (Frank Gorshin) into a flat where he and his partner Dan (Neville Brand) are holding bank employee Miss Margaret Miller (Grayson Hall) hostage...
