The
French-Italian-Spanish comedy "Trop jolies pour être
honnêtes" (English: "Too Pretty to Be Honest") is released
on 29 November 1972 in France. The film is also known as "4 Souris pour un
hold-up". Directed by Richard Balducci and written by Catherine
Carone, the film stars Jane Birkin, Emma Cohen, Bernadette Lafont and
Elisabeth Wiener. The music was written by Serge Gainsbourg.
Synopsis
Four female
roommates, Bernadette (Bernadette Lafont), Christine (Jane Birkin),
Frédérique (Elisabeth Wiener), and Martine (Emma Cohen), discover
that a group of thieves are keeping their stolen goods in the flat
across the street. The women plan their own burglary of the already
stolen loot...
