1970, Belgian Comics: Tif et Tondu, L'ombre sans corps

In 1970 the 16th "Tif et Tondu" album "L'ombre sans corps" (translation: "The Shadow Without a Body") was published by Dupuis. The Belgian comic series was originally created, written, and illustrated by Fernand Dineur. Over the years, several artists and writers contributed to the series; the most popular version was illustrated by Willy Maltaite (under the pseudonym "Will") with scripts written successively by Maurice Rosy, Maurice Tillieux, and Stephen Desberg. The series debuted in 1938 in the magazine "Spirou" ("Robbedoes"), and the final comic was published in 1997.

The comic was pre-published in the magazine "Spirou" ("Robbedoes") N° 1602-1622 in 1968. The main characters are Tif, Tondu, Inspector Fickshusset, Sergeant Reagan, Igor Smith, Miss Wilson, Miss Alder, Matt, John Fullshoke.
